Thermomix Citrus Fruit Pudding - Gluten, Milk and Egg Free

This pudding is ideal for a baby who is milk and egg intolerant. It is fresh and very light".


It's also a fantastic recipe for those who are gluten intolerant.

INGREDIENTS

(6 people serving)
- 1 abundant Glass citrus fruit juice (about 2 oranges and 1 lemon juices)
- Water until you reach 1 litre of liquids together with the juices
- 200 g Sugar
- 80 g Corn Flour

HOW TO PREPARE GLUTEN-FREE, MILK-FREE, EGG-FREE CITRUS FRUIT PUDDING WITH THERMOMIX

Pour all the ingredients in the bowl. 12 Min. 100°C Speed 3.

Pour it into small single portion cups and let it get cold at room temperature.

Then keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.

MY ADVICE

You can change the sugar amount according to your taste! :-)

To decorate the cups you can use a lemon or orange slice, or you can create other shapes with lemon and orange peels.
